Booking and General Conditions
In the Bookings Terms and Conditions, "LastBadTrip", "we", "us" and "us" means EVG Budapest EV (Szondi Utca 51 1063 Budapest) The words "you" and “your” refers to the person making the booking and “group” refers to you and all persons traveling with you. It is assumed that you are the main group contact and all correspondence will take place between you and us.
Reservation
When booking with us you must send us details of the number of people in your party, dates and activities and pay the deposit. Your contract with EVG d'Enfer should not come into effect until you receive our confirmation by e-mail or the invoice confirming receipt of your deposit. By making a booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. As the person making the reservation, it is your responsibility to inform all parties in your group of these conditions.
Advance payment
A deposit of 60% of the total cost of the reservation or € 500 is required, if the 60% is less. Reservations cannot be confirmed until this deposit is received. If the deposit is not paid on time, it will not be possible to proceed with your chosen itinerary. The reservation will be confirmed to you once the deposit has been received. Payment can only be made by the person making the reservation and designated as the "group leader". Individual payments cannot be accepted. The deposit you have paid guarantees your reservation, price and availability. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable.
Final payment
The balance is due by bank transfer 21 days before your arrival in the territory of the destination of your choice.
Price
We will quote the price for your chosen itinerary at the time of your booking. Once you have paid your deposit and received our confirmation, the price of your itinerary arrangements is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to a surcharge. However, we reserve the right to raise or lower our prices at any time before the reservation is accepted.
Changes made by you
Changes are free until confirmation of payment of the deposit. Please note: after the changes are applied, the price will be recut. If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your itinerary arrangements, we will do our best to assist you, provided we receive written notification from the person who made the booking at least 15 working days before the original departure date. Please note that if the number of people in the booking changes, the charge will be re-cut based on the size of the changed party. Also note: if your activities change, the total price will be adjusted based on the current prices on our site on the date of your confirmed changes. Changes requested in more than 15 working days from the date of travel are at the absolute discretion of LasBadTrip, LastBadTrip reserves the right to refuse the change. Any sales incentives (discounts) or additional services added to the original offer may be lost, and will be at LastBadTrip's discretion to apply them to the amended offer. The number of participants and the activities can no longer be changed or canceled within 15 working days before the date of your first activity organized by our agency, the total amount of your validated estimate will be invoiced to you.
Being late for an activity
We send you the itinerary before arriving in Budapest. It is your responsibility to inform your party members of the itinerary and ensure that everyone shows up on time. If you want to change the itinerary at the last minute, please use our hot line or discuss it with your guide at least one day before the activity. If you do not inform us in time and are more than 30 minutes late for an activity, we have the right to charge you 50 euros / group / hour after the 31st minute after the hour original pickup. (Raison d'être: our prices are calculated taking into account the average length of an activity and do not include the additional price that we have to pay for the bus, the guide and the service provider for each additional hour, if you are late). Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late, and the service provider cannot accept your group on the same day or at another time during your stay - or if you do not accept the date and time that the service provider offers you – we charge you the full cost of the activity. (Raison d'être: we still have to pay each service provider even if we don't come and cancel on time).
Airport transfer
Our airport transfers are valid for a single return transfer. If you are arriving on separate flights, please let us know at the time of booking. The transfer will be organized according to the flight which arrives last. If you tell us only one flight, there is no possibility for the bus and the guide to wait for a second flight at the airport. If your flight is cancelled, as it is a last minute cancellation, we cannot refund you, but we will try to change the date of the activities in accordance with your new flight. A maximum of 60 minutes delay is calculated in the transfer, if your plane is more than an hour late we cannot always guarantee that the strip show will take place, (depending on the availability of strippers) but we will try to accommodate you. organize the show during another transfer of your weekend, there is no refund. If you do not inform us of the delay of the plane, before your departure, and the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes, the cost of a second transfer will be charged to you, and there is no guarantee that the vehicle can wait for you.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation at any time, but after confirming your reservation, you will lose your deposit. Cancellations made less than 20 working days before the date of your first activity organized by our agency, or the fact of not showing up, are due to a billing of the total cost.
If there are fewer participants than expected when you arrive, and we have not been informed of this at least 15 working days before the date of your first activity organized by our agency, unfortunately we are not able to refund their shares, like all activities are reserved and paid for 15 working days before your arrival.
For a valid cancellation, the person who made the reservation must inform us by e-mail. The apartments are reserved for you and paid for at the time of payment of the deposit, due to the very high demand and their limited numbers, they are not refundable. In the event of partial cancellation (or reduction in group size or number of activities) which is made at least 20 working days before the arrival date, LastBadTrip reserves the right to reduce the value of the incentives granted, given that they were initially granted on the size of the group and the total cost (in volume). In this case LastBadTrip reserves the right to recalculate, according to the current rates, as well as the incentives if applicable. Since the new offer is not acceptable to the customer, it is his power to cancel the entire offer, the cancellation rules applying in this respect.
Changes made by us
If one of the activities must be canceled (in 48 hours or less), for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer you another activity available in the same price range, which you can refuse and request a refund. 100% of the total cost of the activity (excluding deposit).
We can plan your itinerary arrangements many months in advance, and although it is highly unlikely, it may sometimes be necessary for us to make changes to your booking. We reserve the right to modify any provider at any time, where we believe the quality or value of the service is not being met, or for any other reason. Although we will always try to inform you of such minor changes before you leave, we face no obligation to do so. Force Majeure: compensation will not be payable if we are forced to cancel or change your travel arrangements for reasons of war, threat of war, riot, civil war, labor dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances.
Unruly behavior
Activity providers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, is deemed unable to take part in the activity, or is acting in an unruly manner – no refunds will be given in this case. LastBAdTrip guides have the right to refuse the client to board transportation to the activities if they are too drunk and/or unruly. No refund will be granted in this case. Accommodation providers reserve the right to evict you from your room (pack and leave) for indiscipline, destruction of property, harassment of employees or others. No refund will be paid. Also, accommodation providers reserve the right to involve local authorities in these cases. We are not required to find you new accommodation. Sexual, physical or verbal harassment of our local representatives (guides) will not be tolerated. LastBadTrip guides reserve the right to leave the group at any time or they feel threatened. No refunds will be given.
Responsibility
We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers, except where they lead to death, injury or other illness. In any case, you must first seek redress from the main provider (hotel or activity provider). Our liability in all cases shall be limited at most to the price of your itinerary arrangements. We accept no responsibility for any accident occurring while a member of your group is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In some cases, people in your group must sign a waiver form before beginning certain activities.
Bodily Injury not connected with your booked itinerary arrangements
If you or a member of your party suffers death, illness or injury resulting from an activity that is not part of your itinerary offer or an activity organized by us, we will, at our discretion, provide advice, guidance and assistance to help you resolve any claims you may have against a third party, provided we are notified of the incident within 90 days of its occurrence.
Law governing the contract
This contract is subject to Hungarian law, Budapest being the travel destination. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of local jurisdiction in Hungary and shall assess any dispute under this Agreement.
